A 90-Minute Intensive on Breaking Free from What's Holding You Back

Stop Replaying the Hurt, Learn to Start Living Free with 70×7 Forgiveness.

You don't need another self-help talk about "letting go." You need God-help.

In this 90-minute bootcamp, you'll walk through the same battle-tested framework from 70×7: The Forgiveness Training Manual.

This isn't theory. It's the real process: naming what's still unforgiven, understanding why your emotions aren't the enemy, and learning to actually release what you've been carrying, using Scripture as the foundation every step of the way.

In 90 minutes, you'll:

📌Take honest inventory of who and what still needs forgiving in your life

Learn why forgiveness is a spectrum, not a switch — and where you actually stand on it

📌Work through the emotional wheel to name what you're really feeling, not just what's on the surface

📌Understand the difference between forgiveness and reconciliation, so you stop confusing the two

📌Leave with a concrete next step, not just a feeling

📌This is for anyone tired of carrying weight that isn't theirs to carry anymore — ready to stop managing the pain and start walking free of it.

Authentic. Practical. Repeatable.

Choose from two session times so you can actually show up, participate live, and do the heart work in real time.

Spots are limited to keep this intimate and interactive.

When "Just Forgive" Isn’t Working Anymore

If you have ever thought, “I know I’m supposed to forgive, so why do I still feel this way?”—you are not broken, unspiritual, or failing God.

Most of us were told to forgive with a vague, “Pray about it and let it go.” No one showed us how to:

• Name what was actually lost
• Grieve it with God instead of stuffing it down
• Release the debt without pretending it did not hurt
• Forgive while still practicing wise, biblical boundaries

The 70×7 Forgiveness Live BootCamp gives you a gentle, structured, repeatable process so you can stop carrying what belongs to God to judge—and finally breathe again.

“Be kind to one another… forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” — Ephesians 4:32 (NASB)

Who This LIVE Boot Camp Is For

This is a safe, Scripture-rooted space for followers of Jesus who want both biblical faithfulness and emotional honesty.

This bootcamp is for you if you…

• Love Jesus and want to forgive
God’s way, not the world’s way
• Keep replaying what happened and you’re tired of it stealing your peace
• Have said “I forgive them,” but you’re still triggered, guarded, angry, numb, or exhausted
• Want freedom
without excusing sin, minimizing harm, or calling evil “okay”
• Need clarity on the difference between
forgiveness, trust, reconciliation, and boundaries
• Feel stuck between “be biblical” and “protect my heart”—and you want both
• Are ready to stop carrying the debt and release judgment to God
• Want a structured process (not vague advice) that you can repeat anytime you’re offended again

“Be kind to one another… forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” —
Ephesians 4:32 (NASB)

“The goal isn’t to forget what happened. The goal is to remember it with Jesus—without bitterness owning your story.”

What You Will Walk Away With

This isn’t more vague “just pray about it” advice. It is a practical, heart-level process grounded in Scripture and designed for real life.

“See to it… that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble…” — Hebrews 12:15 (NASB)

A step-by-step biblical forgiveness process you can use for any offense (big or small).

Clarity on what you’re actually holding—the wound, the loss, the unmet need, and the “debt.”

A way to release bitterness without denying the truth of what happened.

Tools to stop the mental replay loop and respond differently when you’re triggered.

A “forgiveness + boundaries plan” so you don’t return to the same cycle with the same access.

Scripture anchors you can return to when emotions flare and thoughts spiral, plus practical next steps whether that means reconciliation, distance, or wisdom-led limits—and ultimately a lighter heart and clearer mind because you’re no longer carrying what belongs to God to judge.

Stories of Hearts Made Lighter

Names and details changed for privacy, but the freedom is real.

“I honestly thought forgiveness meant letting people keep hurting me. This bootcamp showed me that God cares about my safety and my obedience. For the first time in 10 years, I can think about what happened without feeling sick.”

— A., wife & mom

“I used to replay conversations for hours. The ‘release the debt’ prayer we practiced has become part of my daily life. I still get hurt sometimes, but I don’t stay stuck there anymore.”

— J., ministry leader

“I came in angry at myself for not being over it yet. God met me with so much kindness here. I learned that forgiveness is a process with Him, not a performance for Him.”

— K., creative professional

Questions You Might Be Asking

If you are wondering whether you are “ready enough” or “spiritual enough,” you are exactly the kind of person this bootcamp was created for.

Do I have to share the details of my story out loud?

No. You are always welcome to share, but you are never required to. The guided exercises allow you to do the real forgiveness work with God while sharing only what you feel safe sharing with the group.

What if I am not ready to forgive yet?

You are welcome here. The bootcamp is designed to help you be honest about where you are, grieve what you have lost, and move toward forgiveness with God at a pace that honors both truth and grace.

Is this counseling or therapy?

No. This is a coaching-style group experience focused on biblical teaching, practical tools, and guided reflection. It is not a replacement for counseling or therapy. If you are currently in therapy, you can absolutely bring what you learn here into those sessions.

What if I cannot attend one of the live sessions?

Every session is recorded and available for replay during the bootcamp window. You will still be able to walk through the process using the recordings and worksheets, even if you miss a live call.

Can this help with forgiveness toward myself?

Yes. While many participants come because of hurt from others, the same biblical framework applies to how you relate to your own failures and regrets. We will talk directly about this in the process.
